Modern society is increasingly facing the problems of predicting global processes that are manifest at present, and will accelerate in the short and medium term. One of such challenges is the problem of global warming, bearing to the discussion. Among the research contingent are both supporters and opponents of this theory.

It should be recognized that the scale of production, processing and consumption of energy raw materials (oil, gas, coal) are so great that does not exclude the scenario of negative impact of global warming (cooling) for economic and social sustainability for future generations.

Predictive estimates of this phenomenon are based on the criteria of exceeding the average temperature over a long period of observations.

However, this criterion does not reflect a quantitative assessment of the heat, emerging from the heat flux of solar radiation and the increment of heat released into the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels.

In the present project proposes to investigate and assess the thermal state of the atmosphere developed by a team of hardware and software and the method of dynamic calorimetrically, registration, processing and storage of data on changes in the emerging heat flow.

This will allow you to control the thermal state of the planet atmosphere and to predict possible consequences of global warming (cooling).
